All records are invented engineering teaching scenarios, not measurements, customer evidence, standards limits or HILPCB process commitments. Values use decimal millimetres except where a column states otherwise. Preserve the assumption and boundary columns when reusing a CSV.

Formula: nominal width=(nominal pad−0.40)/2. Bounded width=(nominal pad−assumed diameter loss−maximum tool)/2−relative radial offset. The offset is a radial relative-position bound, not separate x/y limits and not an additional duplicate drill-registration allowance. Size loss is on diameter; it consumes half as much radial width. Assumed project minimum 0.10 mm is fictional. Bound combinations are conservative and require process support; this is not a statistical yield model.
