All records are invented engineering teaching scenarios, not measurements, customer evidence, standards limits or HILPCB process commitments. Values use decimal millimetres except where a column states otherwise. Preserve the assumption and boundary columns when reusing a CSV.

Size-only fit model: minimum diametral clearance=minimum hole−maximum round pin; maximum=maximum hole−minimum pin. Radial clearance is half the diametral value only for concentric circles. This ignores position, tilt, lead rectangular diagonal, insertion method and solderability. Never use the model for compliant-pin interference qualification. Deposit model uses an assumed total deposited thickness, not a universal copper allowance.
